Kim entered the real estate field with 15 years of prior sales and negotiation experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in History/Political Science.  She specialized in International Business and International Relations with an emphasis on the Pacific Rim. 

Kim has been recognized since her first year in real estate as a top producer in Carmel, winning the “Rookie of the Year” Award in 2001.    

Kim spent her first eight plus years at Alain Pinel in the Carmel-by-Sea office from April 2000 to September 2008.  She then made a move to Coldwell Banker’s Carmel-by-the Sea office which is the #1 Office of its size in the Nation.  Since then, Kim has been recognized as part of the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle which encompasses the top 2% of all agents internationally for the company and was recognized as the Top Producer representing the Buyer side for the Carmel-by-the Sea office in June 2009.
